‘Atiku only candidate capable of wrestling power from APC’

A group, the Nigeria Youths For Atiku (NYFA) has urged Nigerians to embrace former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar and rally round him for the 2027 presidency.
“The call is premised on the believe that he remains the only candidate who can wrestle power from APC-led government,” NYFA, a support group of former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar said this in a statement said by its Director of Publicity, Mr Dare Dada, on Sunday
The group said it still believe in the ability of the Waziri of Adamawa to transform the nation.
Dada said that the 2023 PDP Presidential candidate remained a non tribalised Nigerian, who strongly believed in the unity of Nigeria.
He said that Abubakar’s reign as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria would bring to an end the current economic hardship bedeviling the country.

Dada said that Abubakar had the experience in both private and public life, which could be brought to fore to run the affairs of the country effectively.
According to him, Abubakar believes so much in more devolution of powers to the states and local government, “as the current structure will not bring prosperity to Nigeria”.
“We have earlier called on the former Vice-President to run for the exalted office in 2027.
