Atiku reacts to death of General Joshua Dogonyaro

TrackNews Online reported earlier that Dogonyaro, a former Chief of Defence Staff during the regime of the late General Sani Abacha, died on Thursday morning at Jos University Teaching Hospital.
The 80-year old was reportedly admitted for an undisclosed illness.
Buhari, had earlier in his reaction said that former military officer made patriotic sacrifices in defence of Nigeria’s unity and territorial integrity.
And in a tweet on Thursday, Atiku, a former presidential candidate, said he was saddened by the Generals death.
“I am saddened by the loss of Lt Gen. Joshua Dogonyaro (rtd), soldier and administrator.
“He was a thoroughbred soldier and administrator, who held several command position; the peak of which was as Chief of Defence Staff.”
