Baraza Cooperative Disputes Becky Buodeigha’s Claims, Cites Pattern of Dishonesty
In a recent development surrounding the legal battle between Baraza Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited and Miss Becky Buodeigha, startling revelations have emerged, painting a picture contrary to Becky’s claims.
Baraza Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited has accused Becky Buodeigha of deceit and misrepresentation in their ongoing legal dispute. According to Baraza Cooperative, Becky’s claims are deceptive, showcasing a pattern of dishonesty without remorse.
The court judgment and subsequent orders, executed on May 10th, 2024, solely concern the matter between Baraza Cooperative and Becky, with no private interest or involvement of Baraza’s CEO. Becky allegedly criminally possessed cooperative properties, contradicting her court deposition where she claimed to have never been in possession.
“A certified true copy of her court deposition has been attached, highlighting discrepancies in her claims,” said the Baraza Cooperative spokesperson.

Becky falsely claimed to have never possessed Baraza Luxury Furniture, which contradicts the court order that took two years to retrieve the furniture. Despite the court order, Becky’s family resisted repossession, citing an appeal, raising questions about her intentions and waiting period for repossession.
“Becky’s actions raise suspicions, especially regarding her resistance to repossession and attempts to claim properties without authorization,” the spokesperson added.
In her deposition in court Becky had maintained her innocence, stating, “I have always acted within the confines of the law and have never unlawfully possessed any property belonging to Baraza Cooperative.” Infact she stated that she does no know about any luxury furniture.
The management of Baraza Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited has reiterated their commitment to setting the records straight and ensuring justice prevails in this matter.
“Judgement has been entered against Becky and the Luxury Furniture has been retrieved vide an Exacition Order.
