The legal Adviser to the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP), High Chief (Barr.) Alabh George Turnah, MON, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected eight (8) council chairmen and the one hundred and five (105) ward councilors for their resounding victories in the recently concluded local government elections in Bayelsa State.
