Bayelsa Federal Lawmaker Flag-Off Free Medical Treatment For Constituents (Photos)

The Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) in collaboration with Hon. (Engr) Rodney Ebikebina Ambaiowei, Member representing Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency, Bayelsa State has Officially Flag-off a Free Medical Outreach programme at Amassoma Town Hall, Southern Ijaw Constituency 1, Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State with the Theme Visual Impairment and its Effects on Human Performance.
The Medical Outreach Program which is for the Four Constituencies of Southern Ijaw LGA according to the lawmaker is tailored to provide health care for the indigent, including those in far-to-reach communities in the area.
Medical Personnel were on ground to offer various medical care to the people which included: Eye care with free reading Glasses, maternal care, paediatric care, gynaecological care surgical consultation, laboratory investigations and general medical care.
The lawmaker noted that the outreach is all-encompassing as those who require further medical treatment or referral will be referred to tertiary hospitals.
While the medical Rhapsody is ongoing in Amassoma Town Hall SILGA Bayelsa state, it is expected that residents take advantage of the exercise to meet their health needs.
However Constituents are lauding the gesture of the Lawmaker representing Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency Engr Rodney Ebikebina Ambaiowei who has brought health care to their door step, they narrated that indeed sending him to represent them wasn’t a bad choice after all.
The medical Rhapsody is currently on going at Amassoma Town constituency I, Angiama for constituency II, Ekeowe for Constituency III and Ogboinbiri for constituency IV .
