BAYELSA HEALTH COMMISSIONER VISITS EPIE/ATISSA TWINS KINGDOM COUNCIL OF CHIEFS

…Says, Epie Atissa Unity Is Paramount
TRACKING_____The people of Epie-Atissa in Yenagoa LGA have been urged to live purposefully and shun every form of violence and social vices capable of destroying their future and engage in skills that will enhance their future for accelerated development.
Hon. Commissioner for health Dr. Pabara Newton Igwele made this known during a thank you / familiarization tour with the Epie-Atissa joint council of chiefs earlier on Friday at their respective kingdom.
At the visit, Dr Pabara and his team was massively received by chiefs of the 29 communities making up the Epie-Atissa kingdom.
The Peoples commissioner who appreciated the chiefs for their unwavering support towards PDP, further encouraged the people of Epie-Atissa to continuously support the PDP led administration, noting that PDP as a party remains strong and United, calling on every sons and daughters of Epie-Atissa to remain united to vote massively for Ex Governor Henry Seriake Dickson, who is the candidate of PDP Bayelsa West Senatorial District, and Moses Cleopas, the candidate of Bayelsa Central Senatorial District Bye-election coming up October 31st, 2020.
In a brief remark, the peoples commissioner, Hon. Pabara reiterated the the miracle governor’s plans for the development of the state through revitalizing of the health sector, with emphasis on strengthening existing systems, and providing a better accessible health care centers across the state.
Dr. Igwele noted that with the focused and dedicated leadership of Governor Douye Diri, Bayelsans can be rest assured that the state will marked outstanding development and by the Grace of God, his deed in the ministry of health will afford the current Governor a second term ticket to govern the people of Bayelsa State.
In the same vain, he used the avenue in rolling out some plans he has for the Health sector which will not only benefits the people of Epie-Atissa but Bayelsa at large and hinted on human capital development which to a large extent will take away criminal activities in the streets of Yenagoa.
Dr. Pabara also thanked the Miracle Governor, His Excellency, Sen. Douye Diri for finding him worthy to mount the second largest ministry in Bayelsa State.
In response, the spokesman, Atissa Council of Chiefs, H.R.H Roosevelt Abasi thanked Dr. Pabara for finding out time to visit the twins Kingdom council of chiefs, which has never happened in the history of Epie Atissa before.
The Ebeni – Ibe of Epie Kingdom, HRM King, (Barr) Malla Sasime, who describe the visit as a welcome development in the kingdom, called on others to emulate the steps taken by Dr. Pabara
Also speaking the Ebeni – Ibe of Atissa Kingdom, HRM King, Sir Godwin G. Igodo (ksc), described the visit as a warm reception and encourage him to continually be steadfast and further warned the people of Epie Atissa to ceased from blackmailing politics and equally released his fatherly blessing up on the commissioner to go forth and succeed in all his future endeavors.
