He said the thanksgiving presents another opportunity to thank God for His faithfulness and unfailing grace for the state in the last six years.

Iworiso-Markson noted that in the last six years, the story of Bayelsa has changed because of the Restoration Government’s commitment to the things of God.

According to him, Bayelsans have every reason to thank God, more so for the kind of governor that is currently navigating the ship of the state.

He explained that Governor Henry Seriake Dickson has changed the face of the state with people oriented projects and policies which will speak for him long after his exit from office.

While reminding Bayelsans that tomorrow is a public holiday which is backed by law, the Information Commissioner added that dedicating Bayelsa to God is one of the greatest legacy that Gov. Dickson will be leaving behind.
