Breaking: APC Reveals Date For Presidential Primaries

The National Executive Committee of the ruling All Progressives Congress has revealed the date for its presidential primaries.
NEC on Wednesday approved May 30 and 31 for the primaries ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The spokesperson of the party, Felix Morka, disclosed this at the end of a closed-door meeting of NEC in Abuja.
According to Morka, the ruling party also fixed May 18 for governorship primaries, adding that the sale of expression of interest and nomination forms would commence this Saturday.
The meeting was attended by President Muhammadu Buhari, members of the Progressives Governors Forum, state chairmen, former governors and many other stakeholders of the ruling party are at the meeting.
The National Chairman of the party, Abdullahi Adamu during the meeting warned members of the party to suppress their egos which is the cause of differences and disunity in the party.
He promised that the party would attend to every grievance in the party ahead of the 2023 general election.
Adamu also called on serving governors to work with former governors in resolving issues rocking the state chapter of the party.
