Breaking: Jose Mourinho charged with improper conduct, faces ban for Chelsea clash
– The former Real Madrid and Chelsea boss was caught on camera using abusive words after Newcastle United win
– If he’s found guilty, he might not be at the stands when the Red Devils battle Chelsea this weekend
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has been charged by the FA after being caught on Camera allegedly using abusive words.
The Portuguese tactician struggled to beat Newcastle United in their last Premier League encounter at old Trafford two weekends back.
After the dramatic victory, the former Chelsea boss was said to have said some words in his native language.
While leaving the pitch, Mourinho wagged his little finger at the camera and at the same time said some words which translated in English, appeared to be “f*** off sons of b*****s”.
The Sun however reports that the English FA have now found the Red Devils boss guilty after about a week of investigation.
Having being charged using abusive language, Mourinho now has until 6pm on Friday to appeal the charge.
Manchester United are currently eighth on the Premier League table with 13 points after eight round of topflight games.
TRACKNEWS.NG previously reported that Jose Mourinho is under immense pressure to return to winning ways following his side’s disappointing defeat to Tottenham at Old Trafford over the weekend.
Goals from Lucas Moura and Harry Kane put the Red Devils to the sword in front of their home fans on Monday night.
According to stats, the defeat was United’s heaviest home defeat since 2004, and some of the club’s players believe the Portuguese tactician might be shown the exit door if he fails to get the result against Burnley this weekend.
