The ongoing council polls in Rivers State seems going rowdy, albeit not yet violent.
TrackNews Media report that agitated youths whose political affiliations could not be ascertained yet are seen in a video walking restless up and down at a polling environment in Bere.
At least one young boy is sighted in the short video holding a container very much like that of the official INEC-designated poll plastic basket.
