BREAKING: Supreme Court adjourns review of Zamfara judgment to March 2
TRACKING>>The Supreme Court has rescheduled hearing for March 2 this year in the motion by the Abdul’aziz Yari faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State for a review of the court’s May 24, 2019 judgment, voiding the participation of candidates of the APC in the last elections in the state.
At the mention of the case on Tuesday, the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), who led a five-man panel of the court, said it was impossible for the court to proceed to hearing because some of the parties have not been served.
