The purpose of the broadcast is unclear, but it comes at a time when the masses are complaining of nationwide hardship as a result of the removal of fuel subsidy.
The removal of fuel subsidy has led to a sharp increase in the price of petrol, which has had a ripple effect on the prices of other goods and services.
