Buni Mourns As CBN Staff And Daughter To Ex-Yobe Gov, Aisha Dies

In a condolence message delivered through his spokesman on Wednesday, incumbent Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni, described the demise of the former leader as painful.
TrackNews Online learnt that Aisha, popularly known as Ya’Ummi died in Cairo, Egypt at the age of 42 years following delivery complications.
She was a staff of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
Buni’s aide, Mamman Mohammed, who was at the Maitama residence of Sen. Ibrahim to condole the former governor and his family over the demise of their daughter, aaid although it is painful losing a loved one, but that is the will of Allah.
He said as Muslims, “we must submit and accept the will of our creator the Almighty.”
The governor prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased and grant her Aljannatur Firdaus, while also praying to God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Late Aisha was survived by her parents, husband and an eight-month-old daughter.
