“Burna Boy stayed with me for one and a half year in Ghana, but today you can’t even compare me with him,” Shatta Wale cries

Ghanaian dancehall sensation Shatta Wale has again reiterated his multiple displeasures about how some Ghanaian media makes him feel underrated compared to Nigerians.
He revealed that Burna Boy came to Ghana to live with him for one and a half years, but today people will cherish Burna more than him.
He continued by saying that even though Davido had arrived in Ghana some time ago and walked straight to his house, everything had since fallen apart due to the way Ghanaian media outlets had handled him. Shatta Wale said,
“Everyone with whom I began music has stopped.” The industry has created the impression that they do not have any markets, but in my opinion, they are still operating in some. I am not even considered a celebrity by most Ghanaians, and I always have a problem with the media because they treat me disrespectfully.
Because they have microphones, people will say anything when they sit in the radio. Additionally, I do not play because I have a microphone. I don’t disrespect people, but when people disrespect me, I retaliate. Davido came to Ghana and drove right into my house to see me.
Burna Boy came to Ghana and stayed with me for one and a half years, but today you can’t even compare us. The problem is us, because we don’t want to see the good in our artists, not foreigners.”
When Burna Boy arrived in Ghana due to the misunderstandings he had in Nigeria, Shatta Wale treated him like his own brother and helped him.
Shatta Wale featured in almost all his songs throughout his stay and took him to shows.
