CHIDI LLOYD DECLARES CRIMINAL GANG LEADER, NWODI WANTED WITH A N1M BOUNTY

As part of measures towards addressing the increasing rate of insecurity in the Emohua section of the East/West road and its environs occasioned by criminal activities, the chairman of Emohua local government area, Dr Chidi Lloyd has declared the leader of one of the notorious criminal gangs, Onuigwe Nwodi wanted.
Mr. Nwodi has been accused of being responsible for various kidnappings and other criminal activities in the area.
Recall that a policeman was shot dead at a checkpoint on the Emohua axis of the East/West road on Friday. But Dr Lloyd in an interview with correspondent Emeka Ortuka also placed a one million naira bounty on Mr. Nwodi.
He said his administration will pay anyone with information that would lead to the arrest of Mr. Nwodi. He also tasked the security agencies to ensure that Nwodi is captured dead or alive.
Dr Chidi Lloyd also said that members of Emohua Local Government Vigilante Service (EMOVIS) will no longer be paid salaries until they apprehend Nwodi and his group.
