Bandits kill PDP Secretary in Tsafe, Zamfara
Gunmen believed to be armed bandits have killed one Musa Ille, the secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Tsafe Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
The bandits shot Musa dead in front of his residence in Tsafe town on Monday evening.
The late Musa Ille was a grassroot politician who contributed immensely to the success of the party in the 2023 Election which produced Dauda Lawal as the state governor, TVC reports.
The incident is coming a few weeks after a PDP chieftain Shafiu Abubakar, alongside two others, were killed in Maradun Local government of the state.
The late Shafiu Abubakar was one of those aspiring for the Tsafe Local government chairmanship seat under the platform of the PDP

Tsafe local government area is experiencing a resurgence of activities of armed bandits in recent times, but the government says it is not leaving any stone unturned to ensure peace returns to all troubled areas across the state.
