The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has announced that it is currently investigating several Nigerian celebrities who may have been involved in the abuse of the Naira, Nigeria’s national currency.

The revelation came in a statement by the EFCC’s spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, on Sunday, April 15, 2024.

The EFCC has already summoned some of the celebrities in question and gathered useful statements from them.
