Chima recounted an altercation at NIPCO Petrol Station along Siluko Road, Benin City, where a patron insulted him, triggering his subsequent actions at the individual’s residence.
In response, CP Adegboye has ordered the Assistant Commissioner of Police to lead an investigation into Chima’s conduct, including assessing his mental health status. Chima will face disciplinary proceedings, known as an Orderly Room Trial.
While commending the residents for their patience and handling of the situation, CP Adegboye assured that Chima will be held accountable for his actions
