Defeat to Real Madrid like end of the world – Guardiola

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has admitted that losing to Real Madrid in the semi-final of the Champions League last year was like “the end of the world”.
Madrid eliminated City last season with a 6-5 win, including that dramatic 3-1 comeback at the Bernabeu.
Guardiola is however grateful to have another chance to play in the final of the competition.
“Last season it was [like] the end of the world but here we are again,” Guardiola said.
“The important thing is we are trying to get better every year.
“The difference is the second leg is at home and everything will be decided in Manchester.”
