Ebilade Extols Gov. Dickson As Three Former Presidents Attend Mother’s Memorial Day
TRACKING > One of the youngest Special Adviser to the Governor of Bayelsa State, comrade Ebilade Ekerefe has extolled His Excellency Rt. Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson the governor for assembling three former leaders of this great country; HE Olusegun Obasanjo, Gen. Abdusalemi Abubakar(rtd) and our own Dr. Goodluck Jonathan in honor of the one year remembrance anniversary of his late beloved mother, Madam Goalcoast Dickson, popularly referred to as “Mama Gogo.”
In a statement made available to news men in Toru’orua, the home town of the governor, Hon. Ebilade Ekerefe described Gov. Dickson as a leader who has good will and heavy political network, evident in the program where he assembled three great former presidents of our beloved country concomitantly to attend.
Ebilade noted that the number of personalities that graced the formal presentation and launch of the Henry Seriake Dickson Foundation (HSDF) and Ground Breaking Ceremony of GoldCoast Dickson Cancer Center, further demonstrated that the efforts of our governor to the aggressive development of our dear state is noticed and appreciated by friends of the state both within and outside.
He seized the privilege to enjoined Bayelsans, particularly the youths, to continue to support Restoration Government Led By Governor Henry Seriake Dickson, to finish strong and handover the baton to someone who will build on the legacies the governor will be leaving behind.
“Gov. Dickson is a leader who has good will and heavy political network to have assembled three great former presidents of our beloved country concomitantly to his home town to honor his late mum, Mama Gogo. Not only that, president Muhamadu Buhari also sent a high ranking Minister designate, Dr. Chris Ngige to attend the anniversary on his behalf.
“For me, this further demonstrates that the efforts of our governor to the aggressive development of our dear state is noticed and appreciated by friends of the state both within and outside, and I therefore seize this opportunity to admonish my fellow Bayelsans, particularly the youths, to continue to support this government as they’ve always done to finish strong and handover the baton to someone who will build on the legacies the governor will be leaving behind.
