Egbesu Brotherhood To NASS; Complete NDDC Probe Expose all Indicted in 2 Weeks,

TRACKING___Niger Delta group, the Egbesu brotherhood has given two weeks to the interim management committee of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC and the National Assembly probe panel to conclude investigations into looting and corruption aligations bedevilling the commission.
The spiritual leader of the group, Comrade Ellington Bakumor in a statement to TrackNews Online in Delta State, urged the National Assembly to
make public those involve in the alleged looting of the resources meant for the region’s development.
Backing the Forensic Audit, Bakumor charged the NDDC substantive board to use independent body and organizations for the probe and avoid hiding any corruption aligations hovering over the commission under the interim management committee headed by Prof Pondei.
Describing the turn of events at the National Assembly probe on the NDDC as embarrassing, he warned that no fraud against the Niger Delta People must be swept under the carpet but published no matter whom it may concern.
In his words, he said, “We support the Ongoing Probe by the National Assembly to audit to the extent that the list of every company or individual that has taken part in the mismanagement and merciless looting of our collective wealth should be published irrespective of the owner’s profile”.
“That we are embarrassed by the wickedness of our own Niger delta leaders like Akpabio, hence we support the probe of the national assembly on the Interim Management Committee and any fraud-related activities within the NDDC”.
“That we will resist any form of arm twisting Or blackmail that will result to the end of the national assembly probe, as it is the collective destiny of our people that is being carted away through fraud and financial misappropriations”.
“That we are giving two weeks to the Interim management committee and national assembly probe panel to conclude the investigations and show Niger Delta people and indeed Nigerians those involved in the daylight robbery of our people”.
“That we support for the Forensic Audit and the need to put in place the substantive board to hire credible independent globally recognized body to carry out the probe”.
