Ensure quality service delivery — Osun govt to contractors

The Osun State Government has charged contractors handling various ongoing projects across the state to ensure quality service delivery for the projects to stand the test of time.
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works and Transport, Engr Basiru Bello gave this charge during an inspection of ongoing projects across the state.
While speaking with the contractors, he urged them not to betray the trust the State Government had in them by ensuring that projects were carried out according to specifications.
Bello noted that Governor Ademola Adeleke is a man who wants only the best for the people of Osun State and will never accept any act that will jeopardise the interest of residents of the state.
“We have a Governor who will never compromise on quality, we have a Governor who wants only the best for his people and will not take anything less.
“I implore you all to carry out the various projects you are handling according to specifications; you must not compromise on standard please. Osun people deserve the best, these are projects that are being done with taxpayers’ money.
“We want projects that will stand the test of time for our people. I urge you to handle these projects as your own projects please, we can’t afford to let residents of the State down,” he stated
