The invitation to train was issued by DSP Daniel Ndukwe, the police spokesman, in a statement issued in Enugu.

Mr Lawal Abubakar, the Commissioner of Police, had charged the recruits to be ready to train, he said.

“The Command wishes to inform candidates who participated in the medical screening stage that they have been invited to check their recruitment status by visiting www.policerecruitment.gov.ng,” the statement reads.
