Enyimba boss Finidi gives injury update on NPFL top scorer
Enyimba head coach, Finidi George has revealed that Nigeria Premier Football League top scorer, Chukwuemeka Obioma will be available for the Super Six playoff.
Obioma missed Enyimba’s final game of the regular season against Shooting Stars on Sunday with a knee injury.
The NPFL April Player of the Month has netted 14 times this season.
“Hopefully Obioma will be available for selection when the Nigeria Premeir Football league Super Six playoff begins in June,” Finidi told Track news in Ibadan.
“He a is strong lad and one of our important players too. We will need everybody ready for these crucial stage of the competition,” he added.
Enyimba booked their spot in the Super Six playoff following a 0-0 draw against Shooting Stars in Ibadan on Sunday
