Manchester United legend, Teddy Sheringham has blamed the club for not allowing Cristiano Ronaldo leave Old Trafford this summer.

He said the Red Devils should ‘break the bank’ to sign the perfect replacement for the iconic striker.

The 37-year-old Portugal international wanted to leave the Theatre of Dreams over the summer following the club’s failure to qualify for this season’s Champions League.
