EPL: Paul Scholes exposes Donny van de Beek’s weakness at Man Utd

By Adeleye Kunle
Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes, has exposed midfielder Donny van de Beek’s weakness at Old Trafford.
Scholes believes Van de Beek’s weakness is that the 25-year-old doesn’t have “legs” on the wing.
Van de Beek was named in Man United’s starting XI to face Real Sociedad for the first time by manager Erik ten Hag on Thursday night after recovering from an injury setback.
The Dutch star had only played a combined total of 30 minutes this season prior to the Real Sociedad tie.
“I don’t really know that much about him to have an opinion on him. It’s a big chance for him – and I don’t think him or [Bruno] Fernandes will like playing from the right,” Scholes told Track News
“You need legs for that position and I don’t think that’s Donny’s strong point. But he has real quality and that is why he is in the team
