EPL: Supercomputer predicts Chelsea, City, and others on the final table
Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports
A supercomputer has predicted where Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool, and Arsenal, among others, will finish in the 2022/2023 Premier League season after eleven games this season.
Arsenal currently leads the Premier League table by two points, two points ahead of second-place Manchester City, and five points ahead of third-place Tottenham Hotspur.
According to a FiveThirtyEight supercomputer, Man City should still win the Premier League easily by finishing first on the log.
Arsenal, on the other hand, will give Pep Guardiola’s team a run for their money throughout the season.
The supercomputer predicted that Man City would win the league title with a 71% chance, with Arsenal expected to finish second with a 14% chance of winning their first league title since 2004.
In addition, Man City are expected to finish with 87 points from 38 games, a 12-point advantage over Arsenal’s predicted tally of 75.
Liverpool and Chelsea are expected to fill the remaining top four spots, with Manchester United finishing fifth and Tottenham Hotspur sixth.
