Europa League: Ronaldo fanboy – Oliseh, Eguavoen give verdict on Uzoho’s performance against Manchester United

By Adeleye Kunle
Former Super Eagles head coaches, Sunday Oliseh and Austin Eguavoen, have hailed goalkeeper Francis Uzoho’s performance as Omonoia lost 1-0 against Manchester United in the Europa League on Thursday.
Uzoho produced a stunning performance against Man United at Old Trafford to keep out the Premier League giants.
However, the Super Eagles shot-stopper could not keep out Scott McTominay’s shot in the 93rd minute of the game – a goal that proved to be the winner last night.
Reacting, Oliseh, in a tweet via his Twitter handle after the match, described Uzoho’s performance against Manchester United as a five-star display.
Oliseh tweeted: “Naija’s own Francis Uzoho has put up a 5-star performance today versus Man. United. Simply “safe” hands all through.”
Similarly, Eguavoen, on the other hand, branded Uzoho as a ‘Cristiano Ronaldo fanboy’.
He tweeted: “One in every ten professional footballers is a Cristiano Ronaldo fanboy. Spectacular performance from Francis Uzoho. He held his own tonight
