FA Cup: Guardiola reveals why Haaland isn’t in Man City squad to face Chelsea

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has revealed that Erling Haaland is unavailable for their FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea due to injury.
Guardiola has started with Julian Alvarez in the centre-forward position against the Blues.
Alvarez could also start at Brighton in the Premier League next week, with Haaland’s return unknown.
“Haaland is injured. I don’t think it’s much but he’s not able for today.
“I don’t know if he will be back for the next game,” Guardiola said.
Guardiola had claimed that Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne asked to be taken off during their Champions League defeat to Real Madrid.
De Bruyne is however fit to start against Chelsea.
