FA Cup: Rangnick adds new player to Man Utd squad ahead of Middlesbrough clash
Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, has confirmed that Hannibal Mejbri has been promoted to the first-team.
Mejbri will now be part of the squad that plays Middlesbrough in the FA Cup on Friday.
The 19-year-old has been away on international duty since December.
He first took part in the Arab Cup and then played for Tunisia at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations campaign.
“We have Hannibal included in the squad.
“He will, from now on, regularly train with us and be a regular member of the squad.
“He will also be part of the squad for tomorrow’s cup game,” Rangnick told MUTV.
