Famous Hollywood actor, Ezra Miller discloses he has begun treatment after experiencing an “intense crisis”
Adeleye Kunle Reports
Ezra Miller, a well-known Hollywood actor, has revealed that he has begun treatment following a “intense crisis.” TrackNews reports.
This follows a string of court appearances dating back to 2020 for issues relating to his mental health.
Miller apologized to everyone he had let down by his previous behavior in a statement sent to E!
“Having recently gone through an intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering from complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,” the statement read.
“I want to apologize to everyone who has been alarmed or upset by my previous behavior.”
Miller stated that he is committed to doing the work required to return to a healthy, safe, and productive stage in his life.
In May, the actor was arrested for second-degree assault following an alleged incident in Hawaii.
Miller allegedly became enraged after being asked to leave a private residence in a Puna subdivision and threw a chair, “striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead,” according to the Hawaii Police Department.
He was, however, released while the case was being investigated.
Miller was arrested for harassment in late March, but was released after posting $500 bail.
