Fayose, Shehu Sani condemn new petrol price increase by Buhari govt

TRACKING____Former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, and Shehu Sani, former Kaduna Central Senator, have reacted to the increase in petrol price to N151.56 per litre.
TrackNews online recalls that the Pipelines and Product Marketing Company (PPMC), a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC on Wednesday announced the increment.
The new price takes effect from September 2, 2020.
Reacting in a tweet via his official Twitter account on Wednesday, Fayose lamented that the increment was an added burden on Nigerians amid the COVID-19 pandemic
