The Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa today has remanded one Mr Pekene Ogboromisi James over allegations of perjury, fraud, cybercrime, impersonation and obtaining by false pretense.
Our correspondent who spoke with sources confirmed that the Police Command has been in receipt of complaints from victims of his alleged fraudulent activities which were mostly shrouded in alleged Forex trading schemes.

He is the CEO Mirra Multipurpose Cooperative, a defunct organization hiding under forex trading that has sleazed hundreds of people of their hard-earned millions.

The suspect has been on the run for many years over a failed forex scheme where many people lost millions of naira.

With the remand order now granted today, the police would have ample time to conclude investigations and formally arraign the suspect accordingly.
