Federal Lawmaker Laud Douye Diri ’s Prompt Action.

Honourable Obua Azibapu Fred, member representing Ogbia Federal constituency has commended the proactive measures taken by Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State over Debilitated Ede-pie-Imiringi Bridge.
While commending the governor through his Media House on Saturday, Hon. Obua said Governor Diri has demonstrated positive signs of preparedness in transforming every part of Bayelsa State.
“I wish to commend the Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri for taking proactive measures in line with his agenda of a prosperous Bayelsa, by the directives he has given to the state ministry of works to commence remedial work on the damaged section of the Ede-pie-Imiringi bridge”
Speaking further, Hon. Obua, who is also the House committee Deputy Chairman on Information, National Orientation, Ethics and Values commended the governor for the concern he is showing to all parts of the state that are affected by the flood through his assessment visits.
The House of Representatives member also expressed displeasure over the debilitated bridges and roads in his Constituency which has brought alot of suffering to his constituents, especially in accessing the state capital.
He called on the Federal Government and other agencies who have being mandated to fix the roads and bridges within the area to also swing into action.
