Portable threatens wife over Instagram post

Controversial street artiste Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has threatened to send his wife, Bewaji Ewatomi, packing over a birthday message she posted on her Instagram.

The singer’s wife, also known as Mama Zeh, flooded her social media timeline with adorable pictures to celebrate the birthday on Friday.

However, in the caption of her post, Bewaji described herself as ‘self-made queen’ which didn’t resonate with her husband, who swiftly responded.

The singer corrected his wife’s ‘self-made queen’ tag, stressing that he is the one behind her popularity.

Portable also warned his wife to calm down and avoid being used as a tool by his enemies against him.

The matter further escalated in an Instagram live session on Friday night, when Portable threatened to send his wife packing from their matrimonial home if she did not edit or delete the social media post.

“If them dey call you strong woman na me make you strong, I don’t understand why you call yourself queen of yourself, It Is Either You Change Your Caption or You Pack Out of My House,” he said.

In a new twist, a check on Bewaji’s Instagram page shows that she had deleted the birthday post.

Bewaji also edited her Instagram profile bio to reflect what her husband demanded.
