God will bless Atiku – Peter Obi to ex-VP on 76th birthday
The Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has felicitated with his counterpart from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar.
Obi said God will protect and bless Atiku as he turns 76 on Saturday.
In a tweet, the former Anambra State governor described Atiku as his elder brother.
“My Dear Elder Brother, HE Alhaji @atiku Abubakar, I rejoice with you as you turn 76 today.
“May God who has brought you thus far in life, protect and bless you always. Happy birthday sir. – PO”
Obi, Atiku, and the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, are the front runners in the 2023 presidential election.
The LP flag bearer was Atiku’s running mate during the 2019 presidential election.
Obi, however, defected from the PDP to the Labour Party in 2022.
The former Anambra State Governor has become a household name among some Nigerians who prefer him to other presidential candidates
