Governor Diri Second Term Secured ~ Evarada

The Spokesperson of the People Democratic Party (PDP) Gubernatorial Campaign Council, High Chief Evarada Don. Abednego has declared that the second term bid of His Excellency Senator Douye Diri, Governor Bayelsa State is secured.

Evarada made this assertion when he appeared on TrackNews Live TV Programme “Prosperity Hour” where he highlighted the achievements of the Prosperity Government led by Douye Diri in the last three and half year.

Evarada thanked all Bayelsans for the support so far given to the Governor and his team and their overwhelming support as the Campaign Train move round the State.

He commend the Governor for his Political maturity in congratulating the President over his victory at the Supreme Court and as a people they must stop playing Politics with everything and that as a campaign council they arê not bother about those castigating the governor on that magnanimous step he took.

On the achievement of the Governor that warrant his second term, Evarada described the Governor as the Sun everyone needs on daily basis. He said the level of security the State is enjoying cannot be over emphasize and other critical infrastructural development and how peaceful the state is.

He said the road network Governor Diri is embarking on is to bring the world to Bayelsa State, and that the Prosperity administration has built school and digitized the learning system by equipping Teachers with learning gadgets.

High Chief Evarada Don Abednego said with all honestly Governor Diri had been practical with the development of Bayelsa and that’s why they see the daily endorsement across the State and Party line.

On the issue of the Comment made by the APC Deputy Governorship Candidate in Brass; Evarada frown at the comment made by Chief Joshua Maciver describing it as shameful and embarrassing not only the APC but to Bayelsa, because the world would see us as violent people and that such statement is de-marketing the State and called on the Security Agencies to arrest and investigate Maciver.

He said Governor Douye Diri has made it clear that he will not tolerate any act that will break the peace and unity of our dear State before, during and after Election.

On the Waiting Appeal Judgement of APC coming up on Wednesday; Evarada said the PDP is not bothered about any judgement that might be delivered because to them the game is over for the APC and her Candidates.

High Chief Evarada Don Abednego urged Bayelsans to use their PVC to do justice by voting PDP come 11th November, 2023 , for the State to enjoy the continuity of the Prosperity they are enjoying.
