He Planned An NBA Conference Because Of Nigerians – Reno Omokri Claims Reason for Shettima’s Dress
Adeleye Kunle Reports
Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide, has claimed that Kashim Shettima, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Vice Presidential candidate, dressed shabbily to the Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) for a reason,
TrackNews reports.
The Peoples Democratic Party stalwart insisted on his Facebook page that the former governor dressed the way he did to distract Nigerians from the party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who may have flown to Paris on medical grounds.
Shettima, according to the media personality, is a deep thinker who is very calculating.
He lamented that while Nigerians are laughing at Shettima, he is laughing at us, adding that “everyone is talking about him.” But no one noticed Tinubu sneaking out of Nigeria to treat his health in Paris.”
“I am a deep thinker,” Omokri said. I even think while sleeping. Too often, I have awoken in the early hours of the morning with a solution, or insight, to a challenge, puzzle, or riddle that my mind had been pondering.
“And knowing what I know about Senator Kashim Shettima, it was obvious to me that he knew better than to dress so shabbily to an event on which the entire nation was focused.” He used to be a banker. He’s used to corporate attire. He knows how to put on a suit and tie and the appropriate shoes.
“In fact, I Googled him, and lo and behold, there were not one, but five photos of him properly dressed in well-fitting suits, with the right button buttoned, and shod with the appropriate pair of shoes, including the power dressing he projected during an interview with CNN.”
“You see, when something appears to be too obvious, it may not be as obvious as we believe.” Shettima, like me, is a deep thinker, according to my information. And, unlike me, he is said to be very calculating. He is not self-centered. He can make a fool of himself and put on a poker face if it helps him pull off a classic sleight of hand!
“Hillary Clinton once said that if I want to get a story off the front page, all I have to do is change my hairstyle.”
