High Chief (Barr.) Alaboh George Turnah MON CONVEYS OGBIA WARD Nine (9) PDP Stakeholders Meeting
~Constitutes Reconciliation and Reach out Committee
~Charges Party Stakeholders in the Ward to deliver all PDP Candidates.
The Executive Assistant to the Governor of Bayelsa State on Public Affairs and Social Orientation and Legal Adviser PDP South South Zone, High Chief (Barr.) Alabh George Turnah, MON in his usual love and desire for overwhelming victory of the PDP in the forthcoming 2023 General Elections in Ogbia Ward 9 where he hails from, conveyed an all inclusive Party Stakeholders Meeting in Kolo II town.
The meeting was primarily for the purpose of uniting Party Stalwarts and keep the Ward which has always been one of the strongest hold of the PDP in Ogbia LGA intact ahead of the forthcoming General Elections with the Governor’s Second tenure Election in November inclusive.
The deliberations in the Meeting were so rich and fruitful as party Stalwarts took time to express areas of their displeasures and equally went further to suggest the way forward for the unity and growth of the Party in Ogbia Ward 9.
Moving forward, the Leader of the PDP in Ogbia Ward 9, High Chief (Barr.) Alabh George Turnah, MON, while responding to all the issues and suggestions raised, wholeheartedly appreciated all the Ward Stakeholders and Party Faithfuls for their commitment to the Party.
He went further to assure them that all issues raised will be holistically addressed and everyone will be properly carried along.
He charged them to continue keeping faith in the party as the only platform that has enabled the people of the Ward to feel the impact of governance.
He concluded by appreciating the Governor of the State, His Excellency Sen. Douye Diri for always keeping the Ward at heart.
The highpoint of the Meeting was the setting up of a Committee to reconcile and reachoout to aggrieved Party Faithfuls and even all newly detected Members of the main Opposition party (APC) in Ogbia Ward 9.

Meanwhile, High Chief (Barr.) Alabh George Turnah, MON also donated the sum of N500, 0000.00 to help the reconciliation and reachout committee carry out its assignment.
In recognition of his commitment to his people, a vote of confidence was passed on George Turnah’s leadership of the Ward as stakeholders expressed hope that he will do more to advance the development of the Ward and its people.
It may interest you to know that Kolo Ward 9 gave PDP and Governor Douye Diri the highest results in the last Governorship elections and stakeholders resolved to repeat the same feat and even do more on the next elections.
