The leader of the Wind Prosperity Family and the Special Adviser to the Governor on Investment, Hon. Jonathan Robinson Obuebite Ph.D has felicitated with Rt. Hon. Abraham Ingobere as he clocks one year in office as the Speaker of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly.

Hon. Obuebite who was also a 2-term lawmaker described Rt. Hon. Ingobere as a team player and versatile member in the legislative business, attributing these rare qualities to the success recorded in the past one year by the State Assembly.

He said his relationship with the Speaker dated back his days as a lawmaker in the State House of Assembly, adding that the memory of his first day in the hallow chamber of the State House of Assembly still lingers.

As a first time lawmaker then, I saw the zeal in you to learn and work with other legislators in the House, irrespective of the Constituencies they represented on a matter of public interests.

Your robust contribution and interest in the activities of the House, even as a first time lawmaker showed clearly the leadership qualities imbued in you.

Your emergence, as the Speaker of the House did not come as a surprise, as you have all it takes to lead the House haven served as Deputy Speaker in the fifth Assembly and as a responsible, responsive and knowledgeable lawmaker.

The smooth and cordial relationship between the Legislative and Executive arms of government is a product of your diligence and hard work.
