**Also Redeems Financial Pledge For Renovation Of Water Project During a Historic Open Consultative Meeting

TRACKING_____The Executive Chairman of Southern Ijaw LGA, Chief (Hon) Kia Ebidoughebofa Nigeria, popular known as Mr. Project, has approved the Construction of a Concrete Road in Amatolo community Ward 10 in Southern Ijaw Local government Area. The approval was made during a historic open consultative meeting in the Community wherein the Chairman presented an open cheque to them for selection of their desired project.

Speaking at the meeting, Chief Kia reiterated that his administration will continue to embark on people oriented and community needs driven projects. According to him, the development of the LGA remains his top priority and that no community or ward will be left behind in that regard. He therefore, called for the continuous cooperation of the people with the government both at the local and state level.

Chief Kia equally used the epoch making event to redeem his financial pledge for the renovation of the community water project which was made during the campaign period.

In their reaction, the good people of Amatolo Community, through the Chiefs Council Spokesman, Chief Nicholas Peredeinkigha, thanked Chief Kia immensely for the inclusion of their community in his development agenda. According to them, this is the first time a Local Government Chairman is personally visiting his people for an open consultation and immediate approval of projects even when it was not a campaign or election period. They therefore prayed God to strengthen him more to continue his good works.

Also present at the meeting is the vice chairman, Evang. Parkins Ogede, Councillor representing Ward 10, Hon. Favour Saniyigha, among others.
