Hon. Preye Extend Felicitation To Chief Sylva On 58th Birthday

As the Honorable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Marlin Sylva celebrate his 58th birthday, Hon. Preye and others have extended their felicitations to him.
According to a press statement by Hon. Preye G. Oseke the member representing Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency, Bayelsa State, writes,
“Done in very sonorous manners, encomiums and accolades that trail your birthday each year, are in acknowledgment of your persistent spirit and candidness, these being virtues that have endeared you to friends, as well rivals.
