Hon. Preye Extend Felicitation To Chief Sylva On 58th Birthday

As the Honorable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Marlin Sylva celebrate his 58th birthday, Hon. Preye and others have extended their felicitations to him.
