The Honourable Member representing Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency, Bayelsa, Hon. Engr. Rodney Ebikebina Ambaiowei, in collaboration with the Border Communities Agency, is pleased to announce an upcoming event for the supply and distribution of educational materials to six selected primary and secondary schools within the Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency
