Hon. Tolu Bags Environment Cleanness Award For Excellent Performance.
The Amassoma Task force Team has conferred an award of excellence on the Chairman of Bayelsa state Environmental Sanitation Authority Hon. Tolu Amatu in recognition of his contributions in promoting effectiveness and cleanness in the Agency and the state at large.
The Award was Presented today in his office by the coordinator Mr. Aprella Jonathan and other members of the Taskforce.
Receiving the Award the Chairman thanked the Task for team for finding him worthy of the recognition. He said the award will serve as a catalyst for him to put in more hard work, innovative ideas and total commitments to the service of God and that of humanity even as he charged the task force to take their work seriously, saying the success of his time as chairman depends on them as they work as a team. He gave kudos to Governor Douye Diri for providing him the opportunity to serve in his administration and for vigorously pursuing people’s oriented policies and programmes that have positively impacted lives.
He further said, the Sen. Douye Diri led administration was ever committed to protecting the environment, human health and social living standards of Bayelsans by promoting a harmonized and holistic approach to environmental management.
“The Bayelsa state government remains resolutely committed to sustainable management of its environment, demonstrated through various laudable plans and programmes that are line up.
