Ibrahim Attahiru: Shehu Sani, Dino Melaye react to Army Chief’s death

Former federal lawmaker, Shehu Sani has reacted to the death of the Chief of Army Staff, Ibrahim Attahiru.
Sani described Attahiru’s death as a national tragedy.
TrackNews Online gathered that Attahiru died with his aides in a plane crash on Friday.
It was also learnt that the ill-fated aircraft crashed at the airport’s runway about 6 pm.
Akin Olateru, the Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of the Accident Investigation Bureau, Nigeria, confirmed that the eight souls died onboard.
“Beachcraft 350. 8 souls on board. Unfortunately all dead,” Olateru wrote in a WhatsApp note.
Reacting, Sani wrote on Twitter, “The death of the Chief of Army Staff Attahiru Ibrahim and others in a plane crash is a national tragedy. May their souls Rest In Peace. My deepest condolences to @HQNigerianArmy,their families and the nation.”
Also reacting, former Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye, posted on Twitter, “My God, it is well with Nigeria,” alongside the video of the aircraft crash.
