I’ll continue with legacies of Badaru – Jigawa Gov-elect, Namadi
Jigawa State Governor-elect, Malam Umar Namadi, said that his victory in last Saturday’s governorship election is a victory for the people of the state.
Namadi stated this in a statement signed by Special Media and Public Relations to Governor Badaru Abubakar Habibu Nuhu Kila and issued to TrackNews on Monday.
He said his election as governor of Jigawa State is a will of God.
He expressed his gratitude to the Almighty Allah and people of the state for support and prayers.
According to him “I was elected not because I am above other candidates but the will of God Whom He gives power to the one He wishes to.”
He called for prayers from people of the state for discharge of his responsibilities accordingly.
Namadi reiterated his commitment to continue with the legacies of Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar of prudence and good governance
