I’m not impressed someone with history of fake certificates, forfeitures calling himself President – Baba-Ahmed

Yusuf Baba-Ahmed, former Vice Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, says he’s not impressed when someone with a history of fake certificates and forfeitures calls himself the President.
This is even as he said that he’s only scared when ‘someone’ is clean, wins elections and is playing by the rules.
He stated this while featuring on Arise Television’s Prime Time programme on Friday.
According to him, “I am never scared. If only you were playing by the rules and you were clean, and you were winning the elections, I could be scared of you. If you were legit, I would be scared of you. I will respect you if you are actually legit.

“I am not impressed by someone calling himself a President, when I can see through him and know that in his history there are fake certificates. There were forfeitures and many things I don’t want to talk about now.
“I am not scared about the so-called number two, whom I don’t want to talk about. I can never be intimidated or scared by people who don’t play by the rules.
“You’re talking about 9 years, I can tell you for 16 years the president was in control of Lagos. We defeated him in Lagos and you have the results. APC and PDP didn’t have 50 percent of the votes in the FCT.”
“I am never scared because if we are in a democracy, it’s the people’s power that we use. And we are in a democracy. We are using the power which belongs to the people, and the armoured tank which as well belongs to the people.”
