Comrade Mulade noted that the liberation of the Niger Delta Region from underdevelopment and marginalization rests squarely with the INC and other formadable ethnic groups in the region, stressing that Ijaw leaders (INC) cannot afford to fail in producing a formidable leadership, unlike the Ijaw Youth Counci (IYC) which has two parallel Excos.

The peace and development advocate who hails from Gbaramatu kingdom, therefore strongly appealed to Ijaw youths not to interfere with the INC politics, noting that some youth leaders condemn, attack, criticise and instigate confusion in the IYC leading to factions in the Exco, due to selfish interests to the detriment of Ijaw Youths development.

Comrade Mulade congratulated all the INC candidates and advised those who will eventually win today’s elections to run all inclusive and open door policy to create bonds accros board give peace a chance in the interest of the development of the Ijaw nation.
