TRACKING____A prominent and active Youth leader of the Ijaw Youth Council from Ogbia Clan, Central Zone, Comr. Addressing some stakeholders and Clan members of Council after the exercise in Warri Delta State, Comr. Osaanya gave his assurance to help engender a process that will reexamine and relaunch the critical points of the foremost “KAIAMA DECLARATION” as it affects our economic, social and political well being when elected.

Speaking further, as an upshot of the IYC Clan structure; one time Financial Secretary and Chairman, with in-depth knowledge and experience in Council’s operations, structures as well as several other Zonal and National engagements, the Deputy President hopeful calls on stakeholders and delegates support, reaffirming his rugged desire to help drive a sustainable Unity, Peace and Development process that interlinks the Clans, Zones, Special chapters and National body of the Ijaw Youth Council World-Wide.

My uttermost priority in this project is to defend the AGENDA of the Ijaw ethnic nationality using the instrumentality of systematic consultations with critical stakeholders/Ijaw and to reinforce our Clan structure (grassroot) for uniformity in participation and development.
